Quality is a cornerstone of Brightop’s business practice. We are commited to provide full support and resources to our quality Control Department to allow their judgments as the gate-keeper for acceptance of finished products.

 

We conduct material and tool inspection prior to production. We closely monitor the manufacturing processes, and perform 100% checks on all the products. If necessary, we back up our own inspections with third party testing.

 

We carefully maintain tools and equipment to ensure that they performance at their top level.

 

If a quality issue is identified, our engineers and technicians will perform a root cause analysis and develop an action plan. The quality control personel will confirm the results after the action plan is implmented.
